Delivery time: Within 2 hours from the time the order is placed
DELIVERY FEES
Orders of 3 bottles/cases or more: Free delivery
Order of 1 bottle: Delivery fee 25,000 VND per trip
Order of 2 bottles: Delivery fee 15,000 VND per trip
BOTTLE DEPOSIT POLICY
New customers without empty bottles must pay a deposit of 50,000 VND per bottle
Note: iWater accepts bottle exchange for the following brands:
LaVie, Viva, Ion Life, Bidrico, Vĩnh Hảo, Vihawa, Satori
STAIRCASE DELIVERY SURCHARGE (NO ELEVATOR)
Floor 1: 2,000 VND per bottle
Floor 2: 4,000 VND per bottle
Floor 3: 8,000 VND per bottle
Floor 4: 12,000 VND per bottle
Delivery above Floor 4 is not supported
EMPTY BOTTLE RETURN POLICY
Customers can return empty bottles at any iWater warehouse and receive a full deposit refund
iWater can collect empty bottles at your location:
Collection fee: 30,000 VND per trip (for fewer than 10 bottles)
